A valid credit card number will be required to hold your service(s). Rest assured, we hold this private information secure & confidential. If you have a reservation with us, and need to cancel it, we ask for 24 hours’ notice, or you will be charged 50% of your missed service. We schedule time to give you the best guest experience. We just ask you make sure we have time to accommodate other guests waiting to come in for their experience.
~We understand and make allowances for emergencies.
~We provide a 48 hour reminder calls, texts, and emails.

- All prices are subject to change without notice.. These prices are based on stylist and level of Advanced Education, amount of experience, and quality of products used in our salon,
- Shear Delight and Day Spa is not responsible for valuable possessions or personal belongings, you might want to consider leaving these items at home.
- We ask that noise levels stay below a medium level for the consideration of other guests enjoying their experience.
- Please silence all cell phones, tablets, or other electronic devices.
- Please be sure to answer stylist/therapist consultation questions honestly.
- We prefer appointments, however we do accept walk-ins if time allows.
- Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are graciously accepted
- If it's your first visit to Shear Delight, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out your consultation forms.
